STL Urbanist is a community organizing to promote safer and more effective city infrastructure, especially for all types of transit in the Greater St. Louis area.

Car-dependent city design is inefficient, unsafe, and inequitable. Our grassroots movement plans to reverse the damage done by an over-reliance on cars through education, organization, and advocacy at all levels.

We organize through both in-person meetings and online discussion.

Additionally, we meet every first Saturday in person. These meetings are open to all. The first half of these meetings is formal discussion of our organization and its goals, and the second half is social. To see the location and topic of our meetings, check out our meetup group.
